That’s why we’ll give you three days to live with your furniture. If you decide it’s not working within three days, you can cancel and receive a refund. This gives you the opportunity to really explore how it will feel in your space. Just keep in mind that deliveries cancelled on or after the delivery date will be subject to a restocking fee. For refund requests with cash purchases over $200.00 and all check purchases, a check will be mailed to the customer from the Corporate Office within 14 days of the return of the merchandise. RETURN POLICY
When you purchase one of our mattress protectors, you will be covered by our 120 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee. No refunds or reselections are allowed if one of our mattress protectors is not purchased and used. Since your body takes time to adjust to a new mattress, you must sleep on your new mattress for twenty-one days before a one-time reselection is allowed. A new Premium Delivery charge and a $129.95 exchange charge will apply. Box springs and adjustable bases cannot be exchanged or refunded once delivered.

A refund or exchange may be requested at any time prior to your receipt of the merchandise. Your refund will include taxes paid and the cost of any additional protection or warranty programs purchased. Except where prohibited by law, a 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned merchandise or cancelled orders. Refunds may only be made if merchandise is in ” as-new” condition. ” AS-IS” and ” One Only” items are not refundable or exchangeable.
